Specializing in various facets of the luxury industry, she excels in new development, acquisitions, and leasing strategies for properties ranging from office buildings to multi-family residences and hospitality venues. With a background in retail sales, Kelsi has a knack for fostering strong relationships with investors from around the world.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Kelsi is deeply involved in the real estate community, having served as a State Director for the Florida REALTORS and is a Luxury Global Real Estate Advisor at ONE Sotheby's International Realty, focusing on off-market transactions.
In previous roles, Kelsi represented sellers in high-stakes transactions, such as the $158 million listing of an International Shipping Port, demonstrating her ability to navigate large-scale deals with precision. Her extensive experience in leasing and sales of office buildings and warehouses further cements her status as a seasoned professional in the industry.
Given her background in the automotive space, Kelsi has an elite knowledge of the exotic car industry as well as automotive connections globally. Being a Global Advisor for ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, Kelsi’s direct access to the Sotheby’s Auction House, allowing her to work alongside them to assist in proper authentication of luxury goods such as high-end art pieces and jewelry.
